Xceleron Services - a robust analytical approach

Xceleron's aim is to accelerate the drug development process. We do this by providing our clients with human Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion (ADME), and pharmacokinetic (PK) data as early as Phase 0, to de-risk later stages.

All our services are centered around our ability to detect very small amounts of drug in the human body. To detect the drug, it first needs to be tagged with a microtrace of ¹⁴C. We then conduct Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) analysis on samples resulting from parenteral or intravenous routes of administration and measure the exact amount of ¹⁴C - and therefore drug-related substance.
