The Objectives of this study were to develop and validate a robust and reproducible liquid chromatographic (HPLC) fractionation and Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) quantification method for the determination of [14C]-CC-11050 in human plasma.
HPLC-UV method showed excellent reproducibility with intra- and inter-day precision (0.84%) of the retention time (RT) for CC- 11050 and its metabolites.
AMS analysis of HPLC fractions across the chromatographic run demonstrated that the method adequately separated CC-11050 from its known metabolites.
